Highly recommend this app, if you want to run a customer loyalty program that has the same features that you larger competitors have but without the cost or overhead.

WE just installed it so I can't speak to how well it works once installed. But set up was quick and easy. I LOVE the fully integrated platform with shopify.

Easy interface and customer management. Having hiccups lately. Rewards points are being used and re-credited back to customer giving them endless point. Not happy right now and support takes a day + to get back to you.
Anyone else having issues where the rewards are used for a purchase and instead of being deducted from the customer's reward account, they go right back on it. I'm waiting for support but wanted to know if we're alone here. Our customers are shopping and getting free rewards dollars. icky
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We're so sorry for the technical challenge re: POS points. This has been resolved by Shopify - and our support team will reach out with a CSV to adjust for this!
very simple and fun to use. hoping i can make it more visible then just a tab.
Pretty nice, I have used this program twice in two of my stores. It's like dangling free money in front of a shop-a-holic. All my customers accumulate around 2000 points on average.
