Cool app for now (just got started) - there's lots of options for point rewards and it keeps track of all customers in one place, which is also a big plus - and then it's free, so you're able to try the app out before going all-in.

Loving this app so far. I am obsessed with your live to chat option! I was stumped figuring something out and your specialist, Maggie, was an absolute DOLL. She was super personable and prompt with answering my questions. Companies like this with the best customer service makes business life soooo much easier.
It's easy to set up. More feedback based on how it is adopted and how reliable it is. Great product at the outset though.
A lot better an app from 2 years ago.
Searching customers has improved tremendously. App seems to run smooth on our site without glitches.
Still wish there was more customization capabilities.
With Shopify 2.0 template, they only recently added widgets, but those don't allow too much customization.
There is still no way to display customer points conveniently for customers. It would be nice to show in the header of your site so customers are reminded of their points.
Overall improved but still room for more.
