I’ve been using smile for the past 3 years. It’s a simple way to reward your loyal customers and can be used to drive sales really well. I’ve enjoyed using it to build my email list as well. Recently my store has seen huge growth and has pushed me over the starter package limit. Hanna was super helpful to help me no go over budget and keep the program running. I definitely recommend this app if you are interested in growing a loyal customer base.

We’ve been using the Smile.io app for many years now and are really happy with the way it manages our loyalty programs. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and implement various features that enhance customer experience.

Recently, I encountered an issue that I thought might be difficult to resolve, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Enzo. He went above and beyond to ensure my problem was addressed promptly and effectively. His dedication and support made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts.

I’d recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy to use loyalty program with five star support when needed.

We had some issues with the Smile.io app syncing to our Shoplify POS when it updates. It was easy enough to get help from Smile.io and they were able to figure out our problem within minutes!

I can see why we choose you for our loyalty program!

We've used Smile for years and it has proven to be a popular loyalty program for our customers.

Recently when upgrading our Shopify theme, their support were prompt in responding to my questions regarding this upgrade and what impact it could have, ensuring we were also integrating Smile in the best way going forward.

I really enjoy using the Smile.io app! It is easy to use - very user friendly. Recently, I needed some custom reporting, and their customer service team (Cole) was able to get me exactly what I needed! Very helpful.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive.
Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate
The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself.
Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive
Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out.
Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile.

NB extra edit: Since leaving this review, the smile team have been tenacious in resolving some of the issues I had - they really do want to make this a 5 star experience for everyone. I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars as they do deserve the extra star for this alone! A couple of things to note though - still cannot view invoices in the billing section and the reports dont show behaviour of those who are not enrolled to get a clear picture. What I noted from using my own analytics was that so far this scheme has not improved loyalty, but it has improved AOV. And I still maintain that the goodwill it provides to our customers is beneficial. For the cost of the programme vs what smile provides I believe this is good value and I am glad I chose smile over their competitors

We have been using Smile for our rewards system for many years now and have never had any issues.
The couple of times we have had questions over the years, the staff at Smile have been very helpful and prompt in responding.
Our customers love that they can be rewarded by shopping with us, and cash in points for discounts without needing to wait for a sale.
