Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review!

We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines.

With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.

We have had the pleasure of being partnered with Smile for more than five years now and we can confidently say that they provide exceptional service to their customers. Their rewards program is easy-to-use with a beautiful interface that is constantly innovating, making it a top choice for anyone looking to implement a loyalty program. We have used this app from the beginning. It is very good. The customer service support is excellent. Jade helped me in particular and got several things solved with great patience. I do wish we could customize fonts in the emails and messaging so that it would look completely branded. I hear they are working on that.

Smile Rewards is loved by our customers. We set the amount of points they earn for various things : Birthday Points, redeemable for larger discounts, following us on Social Media, anything we want to inspire our customers to do in order to earn more points. Smile is super easy to use and gives points to customer purchases accurately.
I chatted today with Smile and the rep was friendly, fast, and accurate. It was so refreshing to get my questions answered without having to ask the same question multiple times while the rep went through their standard script. This time and EVERY time I have chatted with Smile, the reps have read the question posted, and respond with an answer or a question for more clarity. Smile's customer service is AAA grade.
