For starters, the app works extremely well. Sends text messages cheaply and a lot of conversions are made. The team responds quickly and also they are very helpful and professional. I don't often write reviews, but I still wanted to thank them through this way.

I have been using for last 3 years, Great app for WhatsApp marketing and sms marketing, order confirmation, shipping confirmation notifications are easily goes to customers, Anisha Pandey is so helpful in setting up and a great support with continuous follow up.

I have uninstalled this app by mentioning, that I am not getting a customized template on the growth plan, and the same I get with another service provider at a lesser price. The associate who was coordinating with me refunded my account balance after a long struggle and did not deactivate or delete the account.. It's been more than a week since I have been trying to solve this and the girl has not picked up the phone, She said it will be deactivated or deleted (2FA) today so that I can move on but it isn't happening. These guys are a trap. I am stuck with these guys. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

My experience with Convertway overall has been good. Our account manager Ms. Riya Thakur helped us a lot with setting up the flows and automation and provided us with good support when needed.

The promise made by the app is True when you actually experience it.

I have been using the app since we started the store. And never have I questioned my choice. Snehal from the support team has been very helpful every time I faced issues be it with registration of user id or templates. I highly recommend using this app to for both transactional communication and sms marketing.

Initially I was sceptical on using the app as I was looking for custom sender IDs and templates, not just predefined ones and this is a hefty process but the progress made was pretty smooth and Ms Snehal from the developer's team made sure to respond promptly and rectify the problems, if any. Cleared all my doubts throughout the process. Integration with JudgeMe app helps us in delivering a better post order experience. Rates within India are $0.006 which are quite reasonable. They have WhatsApp notification option as well but as of now you can choose either SMS or WhatsApp. Would like to suggest team that there must be a resend notification option as well from the history section. P.S. :- Template and Sender ID registration over DLT platform has to be done from our end, like it's supposed to be.
