This app helped us to send notifications to customers and let them know that their produce was ready to be collected - as the general Shopify notifications did not let us modify the sms data. It has been fantastic for that. We have also utilised it once for notifying all of our past customers about an item return and was so much easier than having to individually call them.

Works really well. This is an essential app for recovering abandoned carts, since now users have option to checkout using mobile number only.
No email, hence traditional abandoned cart recovery apps are not effective anymore.

I have used this app extensively. It works and integrates well. There are some great default templates are built in or you can customize your own. The pricing is the best part. This has significantly cut down on customer service as it is a way to notify your customer of their order as most don't check their email before calling.
