Good app. Only use it for abandoned checkout recovery messages. It just needs some tools to measure things. Tool to measure clicks on the tiny urls (cart link) and to measure abandoned carts recovered as a result of customers clicking on the tinyurl.

And or an export of all the phone numbers that were sent the message/tiny URL.

Would engender a better cooperative relationship with customers if your pricing were more transparent and structured better. e.g. 80% of our customer phone numbers have iMessage enabled which of course means there is no wholesale telco carrier cost for those.

A PERFECT abandoned checkout product (and one which ultimately MUST be what is used) would integrate abandoned checkout recovery emails with abandoned checkout recovery SMS in order to allow us to pick the correct amount of messages in a sequence whether SMS or email and to stop them if a cart is recovered via either method or otherwise.

Useless. No tracking. No UTM tag. No way to know if the SMS is actually being sent. Can't even have an idea about the conversion rate of this app. Don't know how many clicks it brought etc.......

Simple and useful app. I was using another app earlier who were not responsive. Someone from this app team called next day to confirm if everything was fine and if we faced any issues.
You can customise templates.
They provide some free SMS credits when install the app to test it out.
You can have your own sender id
I liked that you can customise any sms template
Interface is also clean and neat
There is an option to send Marketing sms though I have not used it yet

Also for those who are not clear on charges (I was not clear) - You have to recharge some amount (minimum is $30) and then your balance will be deducted as the SMS is sent according to the SMS charge for the country.

Overall good App.

Pure SCAM and waist of Time & money I pay +60$ better use Klavyio it's 1000 times better, this application not work at all, have try to contact support multiple times and they promise to fix those bugs, CAN NOT even sent TEST SMS to myself, Extremely suspicious results of Delivery for SMS.

I have uninstalled this app by mentioning, that I am not getting a customized template on the growth plan, and the same I get with another service provider at a lesser price. The associate who was coordinating with me refunded my account balance after a long struggle and did not deactivate or delete the account.. It's been more than a week since I have been trying to solve this and the girl has not picked up the phone, She said it will be deactivated or deleted (2FA) today so that I can move on but it isn't happening. These guys are a trap. I am stuck with these guys. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

Does what it says: sends SMS to abandoned cart customers. Nothing else. However, it's a bit expensive. A normal SMS can easily take up to 5 ou 6 credits (pay 5 or 6 SMS in one single SMS sent). This is due to using unicode characters, such as "á" or "ç", or any emoticon. If you multiply your country SMS price by 5 or 6 this is no longer an afordable choice.

Looks like a company of fraudsters. Everyday you discover a new hidden charge. Dont recommend at all There are better apps in a fraction of cost available

This app is easy to setup and is the perfect choice for those that want the "Abandon Cart Recovery feature" or more control than that Shopify already offered.

It would be better if this app also allows me to target only the country I want.

It does not allow your customers to opt out of receiving messages nor is there any reporting to view along with this app!
