Just by activating there app embed, my website score crashes from 60,s to 30's. Tried several times to resolve the issue with support team, but tech team is not that skilled to resolve it. using a simple Dawn theme

First of all, we are very sorry that you didn't have the best experience with our app. Regarding your issue with the speed, please acknowledge that every app will reduce the speed to some extent and ours, as a Built for Shopify app, committed to not reduce the store speed to a significant number, verified by Shopify team.
We are happy to look into your store further to suggest more ways to optimize the speed since I'm unable to find your past ticket mentioning this issue somehow.
