I'm not sure I've ever experienced faster more efficient support. That alone makes this app a delight to use. Not only is the app simple and straight forward but if you have a problem, they get it sorted. Excellent stuff, a shining example of how a Shopify app should be run. This app is great and highly recommended if you are looking for a tool like this (I only use the “back in stock” notifications feature).
The app is easy to use and works flawlessly. You also have a lot of customization options.
The support is really incredible and I have never experienced anything like this before, especially with a free tool. I requested a customization regarding a button (that's the only thing I noticed that couldn't be customized) and I received the first answer in under 10 minutes. In total, my customization was implemented in just under 3 hours.
