Outstanding quality combat boots; my customers love them and their unbiased feedback supports this. I have always experienced first rate customer service response. I personally think Printy6 combat boots are the best on the market.

The Products are great and I haven't had any returns due to quality. However there are many times that I pay for express shipping and they they ship normally. Customer service is slow to respond to refund request if they respond. I'm need a refund for shipping cost for at least 11 orders. They crazy thing is they recommend that you use a express due to slow normal shipping time frames and when you pay for it they don't use it.

I have had no complaints from my customers, though shipping seemed a bit slow. Quality is on the spot though. I just received a test pair of high top sneakers and they are perfect. App is easy enough to use and has a nice assortment of products. The design tool could use a few things like a create pattern and apply to all placements options. Over all 5 stars.

The App was easy to use but I ordered a pair of sneakers on December 11th and they are still not here! Soooo disappointed! I clicked on expedited shipping and it didn't work. It's difficult for me to feel confident in this supplier.

I placed a sample order with multiple items on Feb. 07 2021. The order has been is Scheduling status and hasn't changed. I've sent support multiple emails because that's the only form of contact option given. Still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my order and once again there's no option to do so. I know from recent experience other print on demand companies are easy to contact and ordering, production and shipping process was simple. This company is being promoted by Shopify but is definitely not operating with integrity. Can someone assist me with this issue.

I created shoes the app is decent but would like to be able to use 1 pic to spread across the shoe where the seam line is... i had to use two pics and line them up as close to identical as possible took me hours, but i finally got what i wanted as best i could... also is it possible to get the hightop sock sneakers, and the option for embroidery would be awesome!!! overall i guess i enjoyed the use of the app!

Best shoes on the market. I have tried all the other apps and while some of them give a decent amount of choice the shoes are usually glued not stitched.

The products and service are good but the infrastructure for businesses is lacking.

There needs to be the ability to have invoices emailed to a designated email address, so an accounts department can be kept in the loop rather than downloading them manually.

Also, our accounts team has stated that the invoice numbers are not aligned with the bank statements making it nearly impossible to reconcile payments when international exchange rates fluctuate.

Overall very good service. I have been ordering various samples ( 100+) and so far my experience has been positive. Being relatively new i think this company can only get better and better.
