You should be careful with begging people to rate you 5 stars everytime they create a new product. It's annoying and it's too early to rate you. However, I have just uploaded products to my store in PNG format. I edited everything in the Shopify store then read your FAQ and saw that JPEG is the best format to use (my mistake). I was hoping there would be a quick and simple way to edit the image files from PNG to JPG without having to start all over again. I spoke to Customer Service who said I would have to delete them in Shopify then I can edit in Printy. Well, that was a lie because I have to delete in Shopify then delete in Printy and then start all over. Very time-consuming process. I'm already worried about all the 1 star reviews and wondering if this is even a good idea. Also, I know all the 5 stars are just from users you've hassled to rate them stars after creating 1 product. I feel like I'm taking a risk using this company but I really want the PopSockets on my store.

I just starting to use app. It won’t let you scale your design on products. If there is a way to do it I don’t see it.
The app is less responsive especially when trying to operate on android device ans IOS device.
I like everything about the app, except for the fact that items such as shoes only come in white, and that you can't rotate the image.....However, I literally just started using this app, so maybe I just didn't see these options.
Great App I like the product line the cloths and sportwear are very nice looking the items are nice as well.

Very user friendly app. Some of the apps do not take your products to your collections on the Shopify store. This one not only uploads but you can choose a collection in the store where you want your products to go
UPDATE: Printy6 is probably a small supplier. Because vacation or not, there is no excuse to continue accepting orders, charging money, and then failing to meet your own production deadlines. There is no excuse for ignoring support emails, and answering some of them 3 weeks late, and the replies were below par, if not outright unacceptable. I offered Printy6 to refund and cancel the order, but they of course wanted to keep the money and fulfill the order late, and ignored this email. They offered no compensation, no way to recover from their mistake. Moreover, the print quality was far from great, I would say borderline acceptable. If you are going on vacation, you should notify the users, and not accept any new orders. If we fail to meet the deadlines we give to our customers, we need to refund and suffer the cost. Printy6 did nothing to mitigate this situation, because "what can you do". Right?
We are now using JetPrint for all our shoes manufacturing, and we more pleased with the results and customer support, however they are not perfect as well. In summary, Printy6 is a real app (so I upped them from 1 star to 2), but not a very good one in our experience, and they did nothing to win us back. Absolutely nothing. US suppliers know what US customers expect ("customer is always right"), and Printy6 did not help us achieve that level of customer satisfaction. Shame.
