This is a wonderful site to use with quality items.

The first order through this app was delayed, but seemingly good quality (did not receive a complaint). The second order was delayed again, saying they needed a phone number with the order (no, you don't. the customer will not be receiving sms updates). Then it was radio silence for a week and when I asked again, the order was delayed because of Chinese New Year. Checked back in 2 weeks later and now I'm hearing it's not shipping that is delayed - it's production, because of the coronavirus. The order was placed in the beginning of DECEMBER and it is now MARCH and there has been absolutely no indication of when,if,how this will be made and shipped. Also nothing close to a refund or partial refund or credit for the insane delay. I now have the customer asking me for a refund, so it seems I will be out double the cost ($400). Shopify needs to step in if this is how Printy6 is fine operating.

I was a fan of this app, but now I'm extremely disappointed. They don't have the option to "sample", so when my customer got their order, they were extremely unhappy with the result. It had "bleach damage" or discolorations on the print, and the item was not like it was presented on the app. This caused my logo to be misprinted and the item looks amateurish. This has done irreparable damage to my brand. I've contacted this company, and it's been about a week with no response. Please avoid if you can.

I used this APP it's simple and easy to understand. Great and large choice of products. Good customer service.

So far, I’m liking the simplify compared to other print providers sites, easy to use, great prices.

Setup and integration with Shopify was super simple, and they have some of the best quality, low cost, and unique looking print-on-demand products ive ever found. The word "integration" is misspelled on their site which is a pet peeve so i wish theyd fix that but whatever. Product creation and syncing is quick and easy so i wont complain.
