Im very much enjoying designing more products i really like the variety

I have had an item "in production" for 28 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated.
I sent a support ticket email over 8 days ago and finally got a response. I do love all the products they offer, but with the false transparency on fulfillment times and non-existent support, I'm at a loss for words.

I would have many customers buy the products Printy6 offers, but their customer service, response time, fulfillment time, and shipping time MUST CHANGE. Then, it would truly be a wonderful POD platform.

Expedited shipping cost is a joke, so don't pay the extra because they still won't ship it out in a timely manner.

Please do better.

i love working with the shoes. i just wish there was a way to easily incorporate and place my logo into the designs.

i like the selection of items. Would like it if we could rotate and fully adjust logos on shoes and things of that nature.
