It's so weird that we need to upgrate the plan time by time for collection more user even it's a total different campaign since the support team told us that the users can be saved and join every campaign. It doesn't make sense since we need different user user in different campaign. Please let us know what can we do to reach our goal. Mandy

Please allow us to clear any misunderstanding- Both existing and new users within your plan can participate in unlimited number of campaigns. Further all features are available in all plans including the free plan (except the footer credit removal option)- We've done this so that our customers can fully evaluate each and every feature of the app on the free plan to ensure it meets with their requirements . After discussions with the developer I upgraded my rating. Its not that the app is particularly difficult- there is no coding needed or anything too difficult for a novice, but figuring out where to navigate to fulfill all the needed steps seems a bit confusing and unclear. He was very patient with me and helped guide me, but it was time consuming. I hope they can streamline things better. I have created my first campaign and hopefully it will bring me a bunch of new customers! In the past week I've had to deal with all sorts of computer problems including microsofts windows 10 update bugs and I lost all patience. He was kind enough to still help me. We just finished with our first Facebook Giveaway Campaign using this app. It was a successful campaign increasing our store traffic around 40%. We definitely recommend this app especially a start up business.

Absolutely love this app and the customer support is outstanding. I will say that it takes a bit of time navigating around the interface to figure out where and how to set everything up, but once I did get it all figured out and set up, I was thrilled with result.

One thing to note is that there is a setting in the initial set up of the sign up form that is worded as "Offer users to subscribe for more campaigns" which I misunderstood. The idea is that if you do check the box for that setting it will make it so that an entrant needs to check a box to explicitly subscribe to your newsletter. Depending on how you view the legal requirements around subscribing you may or may not want that setting.

I also had an additional request which customer support at first told me was unavailable, but once I explained my rationale and the importance for our own customer relationships, the dev team jumped on it and had a solution in place within only a couple days. Truly outstanding service! Thanks Akash and team.

I tried Vyper before but found that I was able to get more entries with Social Boost. It takes a lot of images to setup, but the ways to win is readily visible quickly. Plus it can restrict entries to certain zip codes/countries

This is an awesome app! It has a very easy interface so that I was able to quickly set-up a nice little black friday giveaway on my site, glamupgear.com. I'm getting some nice engagement with it and am hopeful that it will help bring more traffic to my site. Support is also great! Got a quick response with a question I had. Thanks for a great app
