I've had Social Photos installed for 5 years and it has been awesome for keeping all my customer photos. For most of those 5 years, I have been extremely happy with the app and I recommend it often!
It wasn't until recently that I needed to reach out to support and literally had the best app support experience of my life!

Simple and efficient. Focused on Instagram and direct user web uploads. Excellent reactive customer service. The App did not impact our page load and works well also on mobile. A real positive addition to our site experience.

This app makes it easy for potential customers to see others wearing or using the product and invites them to interact on instagram to be featured! The support staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this app if you want to take your store to the next level.

This app has been great so far! Two times now we have reached out to support and they have been prompt and very helpful! (Some of the better support I have experienced).
This is a great way to collect customer photos.
I would only change two things: customization of the submission pop-up to have custom fields and customization of the pop of photos (especially to include both the caption and tagged products).
But even without these, I have been able to get great use out of this app - especially for the price!

Easy to install and set up.
Total garbage. You actually have to pay $50 a month for this service. Unless I'm mistaken it only works well with very established stores/brands.
I can't get this app working, I can't make a hashtag, don't know why? I have tried everything and I don't work
I love this app! I love Socialphotos! It's so easy to use. I have not had any issues. Updates are always a good thing and don't cause issues with anything else.

The fact we've been paying $50 a month for the last 11 months and they can't be bothered to reply to our emails is contemptuous.

Very, very disappointed. The app froze on a load screen and would eventually go to a blank screen. I tried multiple times, even uninstalling, restarting my computer, and reinstalling. They never responded to my support ticket, and now the app says that my hashtags are "permanently damaged" and cannot be tracked.

The new photos do not show up in our webpage. We do add some, but in a page we see only old one. Something is stuck.

Great app, easy install and super intuitive UX for tagging/curation - highly recommend. Only thing keeping this from a 5 is load speeds but I understand that there will always be some limitations there. Also great service.

I've been really pleased with this app. So much so that I upgraded to the middle level plan.
We wanted an Instagram app that allowed unlimited feeds and that is precisely what we got! The other apps charge an arm and a leg to have multiple feeds. We have a different feed for every product. Max was great during the set up process and went above and beyond by making little tweaks for us. Could't ask for more
I have chosen Socialphotos as my social media awareness partner for my travel shop. I have found everything helpful from the design services to the chat help.
So far the greatest user generating content managment service! Many variations, options, and a relatively cheap cost. The future looks bright for Socialphotos, Let's hope to see a rapid growth of this product.

This app has always been great, but the recent changes and updates are absolutely fantastic! One day out of nowhere I had the ability to tag products in customer submitted photos and it automatically makes a nifty "Buy It" icon when you hover over the photo. I love this feature! Any time I've had a question the customer service has been extremely responsive and helpful and you don't find that kind of support with a lot of other applications out there. Great job, guys!!

I ran an instagram contest, and I was able to pull a particular hashtag and embed it into my blog post.
For any tech issues, they were usually resolved within 24 hours.
Best support and one of the coolest apps in the world. Max is amazing and helped us through the entire set up process with ease. I highly recommend this app!
Update: I have reached out to Socialphotos about a concern that there is no option to resynchronize my newly added product into the dashboard. After over a week I haven't received a reply or update on the problem.

We're loving Socialphotos! The integration and dashboard is extremely easy and user friendly and the website seems to be improving more and more every day.
