This app is terrible. I tried to delete the app and its still charging me monthly. Shopify tells you to get in touch with the app developer which we have and they haven't stopped charging us. BEWARE before you install!

I've been trying to disable a subscription, and it's impossible. Their terms of service say you can go on the subscription page to turn it off, and that's completely untrue. This is how they get your money.

I reached out to social snowball customer support team and within an hour I got a response to my first ask, then while I had them I asked for something else and they gave me direction on how to solve that problem.
