Snowball: Affiliate Marketing

We installed Social Snowball and could not be more pleased on offering an affiliate program now to our customers. It is a great way for us to get our most loyal customers rewarded for sharing how much they love our coffee and teas and also get their friends a discount when buying from us.
The installation was super easy and getting us started took just a few minutes and we had the program set up. The app has the integrations we were hoping for with Klaviyo and also Postscript SMS Marketing and that fits perfectly with our marketing strategy.
We had a few questions to customize it to our specific needs and the support team is super responsive (within minutes) and had all our questions answered in a simple chat immediately.
We are so happy to have been able to add this new additional value for our customers in our online store!

The platform is super intuitive and simple to use, yet still robust and very configurable. Their support is incredible as well. It is definitely the best tool I have ever used for referral and affiliate.

We have not fully deployed the app but it is showing great potential. User-friendliness comes to mind, and the support team deserves 6 stars out of 5. Onboarding with them is a dream!
