I really enjoy using SOLD Live. At first it was a bit confusing trying to understand how to get my customers to subscribe but once I got that done it was pretty easy. It makes my LIVE SELL events much more easier.

I love this app! The automatic daily posting of products is a huge time saver for me and going live is so easy!
The support staff is great to reach out with any changes or updates and helps me decide which ones are best for me and my shop. I can’t say enough good things about this app! THANK YOU SOLD LIVE!

Joe & the team at soldlive truly care about their product! The customer service is fast, thorough & thoughtful. And they are ALWAYS asking for feedback on how to improve.

If you sell live on social media, soldlive is a game changer!

Hardly any customer support. No one to speak with on the phone. We had to piece together how it works. No tutorials to explain layovers. We did a live with what we taught ourselves and the products were not changing on Facebook when we would hit next on the laptop. We are not even sure if we are doing it correctly since the customer support we receive is "send a screenshot". Some things can't be fixed with a "screen shot" and a phone conversation would go a long way. When we first installed app we were offered a zoom call with the founder. We didn't schedule one immediately, and now we are one month in & all we are getting is email support hours or even days after you contact. Embarrassing on facebook last night using it!

This is a very disappointing and surprising review.

I went back and checked, and Joy had responded to every single email you sent within 24 hours. She pointed you to our overlay tutorials like https://help.getsoldlive.com/article/83-overlays

She asked for screenshots since she was trying to understand the issue you were seeing. But you did not let her help you.

Zoom calls are not available on the $50/month plan you were on. But I offered you one anyway, and you did not respond.

I followed up with my offer to talk over zoom, but you did not respond to that either. It seems like you insist on a phone call, but we simply do not offer phone support even on our $500/month plan.

We have decided to ban your store from installing SoldLive in the future since we cannot meet your expectations of phone support. I'm sorry we were not a good fit for you.

I love this app. I can't believe how easy it was to transition. The app is so user friendly and my customers love it! Having this app has increased my sales! Customers have the convenience of being invoiced right away and it saves me a ton of time and makes my day that much easier. Previously I was on a group page so my customers are transitioning to my business page very well because of the easy invoicing. I love this because it shifts the responsibility to the customer in terms of their invoice. The fact that they can comment on a video that is no longer live and still be invoiced is amazing as well. Now, once my live is over, I can walk away and wait for the orders to come in. I have to finish tagging all of my inventory and I will be all set. Thanks so much!

We started using this app in September and with any new adjustment and software there were some kinks to work out. Joe talked through everything with us round the clock and was adamant to even work over the weekend on our case to make sure we would be able to maximize sales in the coming week. The communication has always been very clear and we have gone back and forth with making sure everything is working perfect and to standard. Joe also checks in before I can even get back to him on an issue. He has even popped into a live sale we were having trouble with to troubleshoot on the spot. All in all, we love the simplicity of the app. We used a competing brand in the past and the insane fees and pricing was not worth the struggle of keeping the two very separate entities in sync. We love that this just integrates with Shopify to keep things streamlined, which the other software did not. Our customers have been very receptive as well. Overall would definitely recommend. When in doubt, ask questions, ask for help & it will be a great experience.

Being in Canada - it was not easy to find an app that would work for comment selling/invoicing. From my first experience with the app and the customer service of Joe I have been blown away. Any glitches along the way he has helped to solve them. Set up was super easy. Before I would spend hours invoicing and now when I go live for my Sip and Shops I can easily invoice through this program 100+ orders a day. The instock feature is great too. The auto tagging! This is a app you need in your business.
