Helpful support to get it exactly how I wanted it.
I find that it is a much better option than the email alerts apps because they mostly rely on either their own mailing service and then a lot of my alerts end up in my client's junk folder, or they require you to have your own mailchimp plan.
Here you pay for this simple messenger service, rather than paying more for multiple options. I love it.

This app has made it possible for me to host Live Sales even though my business is a one-man (woman) show... there is no way I could manage the invoicing and the multiple claims on each item without this app. The live sales are still relatively new for me, but I am watching my average sales grow quickly in the last 3 weeks alone. Joe is a great support when you need help.
If you are looking for a live selling overlay system without breaking the bank this is it! It integrates so easily with Shopify so you don’t have to use an outside source like comment sold or buy it live. Plus they don’t screw you with tons of fees! Joe is super helpful at customer support. Definitely recommend this app as the best option for Shopify users looking for an overlay & automatic invoice system!
This app has saved me hours of invoicing per week. It's well worth the cost, as I have been able to put those hours into other areas of my business and rediscover a little bit of work/life balance. I am so happy to have discovered an app that manages my Facebook live sale claims and syncs directly to shopify. I am a one person business trying to juggle every role, and Facebook Comment Selling has become my highly valued assistant I've been needing. In addition to that, the support has been fantastic. The developer is easy to reach, seeks out feedback on how to improve, what features to consider, and is very helpful. I would highly recommend you give this app a try.

We have tried several apps for selling on FB. This has been the best one we have tried. Their pricing is affordable for smaller boutiques! The overlays are professional and the dashboard is easy to manage. They are open to suggestions for improvements and cannot wait to see what else they can do! If we have had any issues, they have been very responsive to fix! We are so happy to have found this app!!!
If you sell live on Facebook this app is the best. On average my live sales generate 30 to 60 sales. It use to take me 2 days just to bill my customers. Now I am getting paid for orders within minutes after the live sale ends. My customers love the fact they can see what they purchased right away. I no long have to decide who gets the item when I only have a few. Joe is very helpful, answered my questions very quickly.

Needing to streamline my process, get back my time from creating invoices and watching live replay to confirm I didn't miss any claims during my live shows and to capture new claims. I wanted a system that will easily integrate with my Shopify store and I can across the app SoldLIVE. The setup process was QUICK and SIMPLE. Immediately capturing album and live sale comments minimizing overselling. Bonus feature the WAITLIST on sold out items is GREAT! Great customer service, timely response in getting questions answered with action taken to resolve the issue. Always asked if I have any feedback based on my experience as to what functions, I would like to have added/removed to better expand the dashboard capability is always a PLUS...
I redownloaded this app a few days before my life and it worked effortlessly. I was happy to see my update suggestions were implemented. This was foreign to my customers but they caught on quickly.
Joe is extremely hands on and helpful with assisting you with any issues.
