I use this app to help me with auto invoicing. Because I don’t have to manually set up a live or or manually send out invoices to my customers it has tripled my sales. My customers love being able to see their carts in their messenger! This was a a huge game changer for my business!

Boss Beauty Bling Accessories Very user friendly. Support is always available and ready to help. My customers comment, get a msg, their cart is started and they checkout after my live show. No more tedious individual invoicing. No more missing a sale because I didn't see a comment in my Facebook group. I have more organization with my inventory now and I'm able to see what my customers are buying. The app integrates with Shopify. I can do everything I need to do for my business all in one place. I am enjoying the ease of this app. It's a game changer for my small business.

Jess was wonderful in walking me through the steps needed for using the Overlay with scanning device. She is very patient, understanding and most importantly never makes you feel that your not important. Also, I have found that the app itself is making me become more organized with my inventory. When going live the inventory is numbered, invoicing is done and life is much easier. I highly recommend this app.

Updated review: I have been with SoldLive since seems like the beginning and I am absolutely blown away by them. They have continued to make improvements and I will say all of the improvements have made an impact on my business in a positive way. I love how it is connected to Shopify and my customers have no issue using this system. I am very happy with this app. Last week it worked like clockwork. I sold and believe it or not my customers paid in full by my 11 pm cut-off time. We had all items bagged and ready to pick up by 11 pm and I was home. Saves me time on invoicing and bagging items just for ppl to forget about invoice and not picking up items. Joe is always an email away to if you have any questions and is always super helpful.

We have used SoldLive for a while now and we love (as do our customers) that you don’t have to make a separate account. Everything comes straight to your messenger which makes it so easy! Any time we have an issue, Joe jump right onto a zoom call with us to trouble shoot! The overlay feature has been a game changer for us as we don’t have to repeat the “number” for people to claim

The app itself is fantastic! Very streamline, easy to use for both the retailer and the customer, which allows more interaction with your customers. Saves a massive amount of time invoicing, and keeps inventory counts up to date. The new live overlay for selling is another amazing feature that keeps the online/live shopping experience fun and simple!

SoldLive is the BEST app that I've used through Shopify! Preparing for and carrying out our Live Shows used to take 2-3 days. Now with the SoldLive app, I have absolutely no prep work and no invoicing to do. Using this app has saved us so much time and effort. It is super simple to use and the customer support is AMAZING!

This has been an extremely helpful app that allowed us to pivot from brick and mortar during Covid, and continue our business without stopping during the closures, the shutdowns and our eventual store closure and physical move. Through it all, we did live sales on FB with SoldLive and kept on going. 2.5 YEARS later, and we have shifted primarily to become an online store and Facebook Live sellers, AND we are still in business despite numerous challenges! I like everything I've tried with SoldLive so much so I haven't tried any other app for this and I plan to continue with the SoldLive, no need to go elsewhere.. It has been simple to use and easy for my customers. I LOVE the fact that messenger shows them the options for them to click on if they didn't mention (size/color, etc) they don't need to know how to type it out. Thank you for that. I also appreciate the support emails and the cost is amazing. Thank you again for a great product,
