Best app out there! This app alone has saved me HOURS of time on invoicing and made it much easier for my customers to claim. No more jumping off-site and taking a hit on sales or huge app fees - Sold Live is everything you need to help your customers buy quickly and easily.

I've been using SoldLive along with other apps to test out features. SoldLive has a few great features other apps don't have that are invaluable to me. One is their autoposting to FB and IG feature which normally you need a whole separate app for. The ability to live sell on IG is a complete game-changer! No other app has this down like SoldLive. The overlay feature is another feature which other apps have but not the ability to generate via barcode scanning. As a live seller these features are gold. I do wish there was a way to use the barcode/overlay feature outside of the app because then I can upgrade my live shows using any external streaming feature and still get my overlays on the live, but this is my wishlist! SoldLive is always working on the next great feature with the hottest platforms and that is a win for me as a seller! It allows me to enter markets ahead of the pack. I'm looking forward to where SoldLive is headed although it's a little pricey, what you get in return, if you utilize all the features is well worth the investment.

I have used this app for about 6 months now doing lives for my small business. We have had great success with this app and now they offer overlays for their lives which makes my life so much easier with little prep for my live on facebook. I am very thankful for comment sold and my customers are loving it!

I love the simplicity of the system. It has been a game changer for my business and has saved me so much time on invoicing/shipping/fulfilling orders. I love that my customers can check out at any time as well as holds their cart for the extended period. I was looking at other systems similar to SoldLive, but couldn't justify the price for the features. This is at a great price point with some great features!

I use the app to streamline my invoicing process. The customer service that Joe provides is unsurpassed. Features I like customers comment on the live and an invoice is automatically generated. The best features are my customers can watch the replay of my LIVE and still comment and get invoices as if they were watching it LIVE. Also, being able to do preorders by posting a picture the customers can comment and be put on a waiting list until the product arrives.

I've been using SoldLive while selling #SuperCute accessories on Facebook and Instagram (@AccentMyOutfit) for some months now. It has made my invoicing SUCH a breeze! My customers can watch their carts while they shop and. Heck out at their leisure without waiting for me to send the invoice. I love it!! Joe is always super helpful and available to answer my questions or even do a minor customization to make selling easier for me. Highly recommend!

This App saves me SO much time invoicing. It allows me to spend more time doing income producing activies and/or providing the flexibility to spend more time with my family. I am really impressed with the fact I don't have to go back to previous live shows or picture sales to find items that are claimed. The app does it for me! The only "con" I have at the moment is it captures my picture sale claims inconsistently. With that being said, Joe is going above and beyond to help fix this for me and help it suit my needs. This app has been amazing for my business! Not only does it save me tons of time from manually invoicing, but it helps make sure my customers get the items they want before they sell out. The autobot feature is wonderful in that it gives the customer the options to choose sizing and color/variant without having to search for what sizes are available. The waitlist feature and auto reminder is great too. It definitely saves you from hunting down the customer for payment. Now that this has the group capability, it's so helpful! My girls are loving the ease of use and I am loving the time saved!! My favorite part of the app is that there is no need for your customer to register with another account or site. They simply click the "sold.as" link once, approve comment selling, and you're good to go from there on out. Definitely easier and more customer compliant than other systems! Thanks Joe and the Team! This app is amazing - the most comprehensive facebook live-selling app we have seen. I would give it 10 stars if I can. Sharing my favourite aspects of the app. [1] PREPARATION: Reduces preparation time from 2 days to less than half a day with the "auto-tagging feature in the app" [2] ACTUAL STREAMING
The overlay function is so helpful. Shoppers loved this feature and we received significantly lesser comments asking what the code was. When variants are sold out, it is automatically "striked off" in the overlay option, so we know to move on. [3] WAITLIST
Customers receive an acknowledgement even if item is out of stock. So we tell our customers that no PM = wrong code typed. [4] AFTER SALES
Because the checkout process was so seamlessly integrated with Shopify, 95% of invoices sent during the live were paid and converted. This is the HIGHEST rate we have had after trying more than 3 apps. [5] SUPPORT
Despite a 12 hour time difference, Joe has been providing extremely fast support and clearing the doubts very comprehensively. Thank you!
