Terrible app and company . been paying them for 8 months and they have not done anything (including account setup ) or refunded me for services not provided
I've been using Solid Commerce customer for 5 years now and couldn't be happier. I recently switched from Bigcommerce to shopify. The integration is seamless and easy to set up, saving me hours of manual work. The support team is incredibly fast and always helpful, which is rare to find.
