The app is super easy to use, provides a professional looking returns portal for customers in your site's design and using Collect Plus makes it easy for customers to return items!

I use this app for my refunds daily. It has a very easy and feel well customer experience. The implementation with shopify works smoothly and the setup is very easy! Love it!

Best app for handling returns if you are looking for a cost-effective solution.
Also super easy to offer free returns as well.

10/10 app... coming from aftership return this is the app I would support and upgrade in future to use there premium service for a REASONABLE price.

We own 3 websites and all will be using this app from now

A really bad service, not one parcel has been returned to us correctly and no reimbursement for the packages lost!

I am happy with the app. It's free and does a really good job in terms of managing the entire returns process systematically. Is also working perfectly with the language translation app on my site.

I've been using Clicksit Returns for around a month now and love how easy it makes processing returns. Customers no longer feel like they need to call to initiate a return, and the process is intuitive for them. When you set up the app, there are options for the customers to choose between exchange or return. This has been great for resolving return decisions without losing money.
