I find this very helpfull, great support , 5+ stars !
This is a great app that helps me track incoming returns and easily reject items that do not fit our policy.
Geezuz I spend a whole hour on making my own contacts form without even look for this solution, feel kind of dumb now. Super easy to use and helpful.

Easy to use and it takes a big load off your daily tasks. Recommended
The app does not work on safari does not work on mac, you need to download google chrome. I can’t tell you how many times customers tell me the app is down when they are trying to arrange returns. I’ve contacted support about this numerous times, nothing is ever done about it, this has been going on for 6 months. I’m currently sourcing a new returns center. I wouldn’t recommend
Hi Teeny Bumps, sorry for your experience here. The app does work on Safari, but it depends on your specific browser settings. Support has got in touch to assist with this, and will be able to get this resolved for you immediately. The return portal itself works across all browsers irrespective of a customers settings, and we have no reported downtime so we can explore any specific customer issues with you on a call.
We have also carried out a major update of the app which is now complete and due for release at the end of this month. This update will mean that your Safari settings no longer matter when logging in to the app admin.

This app is great, we would have customers come to us long after they purchased and want to return a product, with the automatic rules in Clicksit Return Center it's a friendly way to tell a customer that they missed the deadline to return the product. I also streamlines the return process for us and the customer
We were unaware of this app until we were contacted by one of their team, Jodie. Jodie was fantastic in explaining the app and providing a demo. She was on hand to provide after installation support. The app itself is very slick, blends into our own website and interface, making it comparable to some of the returns platform featured by high street brands. It has elevated our brand as one customers can trust. Top marks to the team and Jodie in particular.
Simpler and easier to use than other return centers, but some functions need to be improved，service response is very fast
Love Clicksit. No other app or program was able or willing to work with my specific needs. Not only is the app itself easy to use and integrates perfectly with my store, the help and attentiveness I was given from the Clicksit team was a lifesaver. All I got from Clicksit was "Yes" or "Let's figure out a way to do it!" And as a small business that is everything. I needed a way to send pre-paid return labels with my orders, and the answer I got from other apps was simply that they couldn't do that- And with Clicksit that wasn't something they specifically offered in my area- But they not only directed me to an app that could help me with that, they helped me integrated my store with that app and theirs.
