Excellent Application I recommend it, you can manage your returns in an orderly and easy way and most importantly being in contact with the client throughout the procedure, their support is great, they are fast and friendly, Waiting for updates would be perfect if you could put all the content in Spanish . I give them my 5 stars

Easy to set up, easy to use. The only problem we have experienced is that occasionally we do not receive email notification of a return request, so we check the app daily to be sure we don't miss something. On the whole, though, it is an extremely useful app that has cut the time spent on the phone with customers wanting to return/exchange to a minimum.

This app has been a perfect solution for my needs. It takes the hassle out of returns. Keeping things simple yet efficient, the whole return process runs smoothly for us now. Thank you!

For a free app this is definitely the best one out there! Nothing else even comes close. I'm in Canada and I don't use all the pro features as those are mostly for UK sellers. The support from the ClickSit guys is top notch, nonetheless. Very good entry-level returns app. Does what it says on the box! recommended for small businesses as gives an easy collect+ option

this app is super easy to use and changed my whole store experience, im not able to offer my customers a one stop shop to process all refunds

I think this app is great for small businesses. If advanced it might be good for bigger brands too. so far it's been great for my returns. Only think is, as an internationally selling brand, it would have been good to add international rates too for returns. This way the customers won't deal with the returns stress of international items. Especially now after brexit, lots of people are cautious with international purchases.
