Suddenly they raised the same features of the monthly subscription from 20$ to 150$ a month. Ripping off peoples pocket. Deleted the app from 4stores of mine.

Return process can be dull for merchant and customer as well. App improves customer experience making whole process simple. App works smoothly and has a great design. Can definitely recommend Clicksit Return Center

Luckily i don't have much returns, however this app has made it simple and automated. Less need to communicate with customers since the label is prepaid and all the customer has to do is drop the parcel off. A couple of times customers have asked to print in store. I rang up Clicksit and they gave me a voucher for the customer to use. They will ring you up to help you set your account up and are friendly and helpful. You can choose how much or little you charge your customers for postage. The only limitation is that they only use collection plus and not all customers want to use collection plus.

We use this app to handle return requests. Works perfectly and the guys have done a great job setting everything up for us. Keep up the good work!

Only Collect+ destinations for returns so far, maybe a post office might make things easier for customers
