Orders were constantly being sent incorrectly or delayed, and I frequently received customer complaints and refunds after using their services. It also cost me a significant amount of advertising money and didn't help my store at all; I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sincerely sorry for the incorrect shipments, order delays, and the impact on your customers and store operations. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when it led to complaints and refunds.

Some of the delays may have coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday period (February 15–23), during which warehouse operations were temporarily paused and prior notifications were shared via our app. We fully recognize that this does not reduce the inconvenience caused to your business.

I've really enjoyed working with Sourcinbox, mainly because the service is very fast. My manager, Yviette, has been a great help with her speed and helpfulness! She has always assisted me with great attention and efficiency!!

I recommend Sourcing Box. I’ve been working with them for a while now and I’m very satisfied with their service. Especially my customer manager, Stella excellent service, always available Super nice and always very helpful.

They never shipped the order. I kept waiting for it to be shipped, but it kept showing "pending processing." Then I spent a long time contacting them, and it took them several days to reply that the item was out of stock. That's when I realized they were unreliable, a terrible company, and complete scammers.

Honestly speaking I found it hard at the start of my journey to find a trusted supplier fast delivery rate good quality and more , but the time i ve been in contact with Yang (Monica) from sourcinbox everything changed, the best agent fast communicative hard working, everything is perfect about her, i can not resume her in few lines anyway. thank uuuu

I wanted to leave this review to say that Sourcein Box is a very useful addition for anyone trying to source products. They offer solutions that most sourcing apps don't and also offer the possibility of customization for your brand. In addition, I would like to add that my Account Manager Ashley is very professional and always finds a solution for any problem I bring, the response time is very good as you have the possibility of having the manager's WhatsApp number which is great for convenience. I can say that until now Ashley has been the best account manager I have received to this day. Big thanks to her and the SourceINBox Team, would definitely recommend.

The average delivery time is 35 days. Sometimes, even though the item shows as in stock on the website, it's always out of stock, even after you ask them to update the inventory. Sometimes, orders don't ship until 10 days after ordering. Because the shipping time is so long, my customers requested refunds, but they refused. Their customer service is equally terrible—slow to respond and completely unhelpful. Even when they do eventually reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions.
