The most comprehensive B2B app once you've got it set up. So handy that it operates on your existing site. Excellent customer service also.
This solution integrates beautifully with our website, providing an easy-to-use interface to our trade customers. Support team is great and goes the extra mile. Roadmap looks promising too (even more features coming!).
Great app that makes a very professional appearance for a B2B shop - although the cost is very high! I also find it difficult because there is a lot of work to be done on the code and you are always dependent on the support of Spark Layer if you cannot do it by yourself. The support is great, and they guys always helped me immediately. To be honest, a good support is my expectation at this monthly price. We are still at the beginning and testing the app. Overall, it’s by far the best and most professional app for a B2B shop.
We were searching for a B2B solution that was able to handle our complex business structure and Sparklayer has been a breath of fresh air. Sparklayer easily transformed our website into a true wholesale experience for our customers. The onboarding and support throughout was fantastic, extremely responsive and every question was met with a solution. Some of the features that are in the pipeline will significantly improve our customer experience as well as our own efficiency. Chris & the team were able to get everything up and running without disrupting our day-to-day business which was key. Great work guys!

Vamos a usar la solución SparkLayer en nuestra tienda, no tenemos mucho tiempo usándola pero lo que puedo asegurar es que el soporte por parte de Chris para la implantación ha sido de 10 y nos ayudó con todo lo que se le ha pedido de forma eficiente. This app helped me scale my website to a more professional product that caters to business clients. The customer support was responsive, informative and incredibly helpful. They showed me additional features that I didn't realize I could do with Sparklayer. 5 stars all around.

The problem is with their costumer service and support , very disrespectful , logging out in the middle of the conversation you had with them , replying after 4 days , some of my tickets were never replied and my problems have yet to be fixed - not the best experience .

Our team cannot express how incredible the SparkLayer team is with words. They exceeded every expectation in regard to customer service and implementation assistance.
The app itself is very intuitive and thoroughly documented. It's possible to install this entirely on your own but we highly recommend allowing the SparkLayer team to assist you.
The app has limitations imposed by Shopify API and SparkLayer is up front about these and provides you with options to work around these limitations with the use of other apps.

The process on implementing SparkLayer to our store was very easy and painless. Support has been great! A feature I would like into the future is a modified version of the sales agent feature to make email & phone orders easier to process. Thanks SparkLayer for a very useful product.
