SparkLayer has been a great fit for our store. The support team is fast, considerate, professional, and brings a bit of humour along the way too, which is always appreciated when you’re sorting tech. It's a strong wholesale platform backed by a support team that genuinely cares, plus the Sales Agent feature has been brilliant for our business because some of our customers still like to chat with us directly. It’s also been vital for making sure wholesale pricing, GST, and customer-specific details are correct.
This app has helped our business so much. Allowing us to efficiently handle Service Members & Dealers all in one. It's great that they allow you to set group specific shipping rules. The developers/support team are also incredible. It's real people for one & they take our requests or issues seriously.
