We’ve been using this offers app for a while now. While it’s decent and generally works, it does miss a few features we’d like, and the app logic is sometimes slightly different from what we need for our specific use case. That said, the customer service has been absolutely top-notch. Jack, in particular, has been a real lifesaver. Anytime we’ve run into an issue, he’s been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help us out. His support has really made a huge difference.

If you’re in need of top-tier customer service to assist with your offers, this app is worth a shot.

Excellent customer support to get up and running, clean and easy to use back end and covers all types of offers we need.

Just got off a chat session with Sara and she was amazing. It was a pretty difficult question and required her to make some changes to the back end. She stuck with me and answered all my questions. Sara and the entire team are the best!
