These guys are absolutely amazing support team goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied.

Excellent app offering a number of different sales techniques, that instantly boosted my sales conversions.

There were some issues in the beginning, as this is a powerful app, just hang on in there whilst the support team fix any problems.

I found the support excellent in providing a fast reply (I consider fast under 48hrs) and performing tweaks to make the app fit my theme. Highly recommended.

We are only one week into use, but have run 3 sales so far and couldn't be happier with this app! It is truly a game changer, and the customer service has been incredibly helpful as well. My job just got a lot easier!

Who ever the manager of this app is: You perfectly know how lazy users feel to add reviews right always trying to omit the email asking a review. Well I am that lazy one always.But after the servoce given my a teammate called Rob it was worth it writing this lines against my lazyiness. Legend! He offered a EXCELLENT service providing me even videos of how to do it. That is what I call AWSOME SUPPORT SERVICE (Amazon + Fb big companies but shitest support!)

This is a great app with lots of options, and the support team is quick and helpful.

Love how many different discount combos you can get with this great discount app. James is super helpful and quick to respond, and helped me sort out any issues I have, like using the discount with multiple currencies. He also added an additional promo code box in my code, so customers can use the discount with another voucher from my loyalty program. Highly recommend!

Update 07/21/2017: The app developer has released a new update to solve my issues with referral & tracking discount codes. So I updated my star rating from 3 to 5. Thank you for this amazing app that really works and stellar customer support!

I was happy to read that the customers can use coupon code after they accepted the special offers but the biggest drawback is # of uses of the coupon code is not counted properly and code didn't show up on the order details (because they use draft orders, the discount appears as "custom discount" which is all the total discount during checkout).

They should update the known limitations to include these issues when customers accepted the special offers and used coupon code:
- You won't be able to track referrals from coupon codes.
- When customers use coupon code from their rewards program that is supposed to be a single use coupon code, they'll be able to use it again and again because # of uses is not properly counted in the Shopify admin.
- Finally, you won't be able to track sales from your coupon codes if you use different codes for your social media marketing or if you want to do split testing.

They should update the conflicting apps to include those loyalty apps that use coupon codes as rewards. Referral apps that use tracking codes.

If you don't need to track referrals or don't need to track sales from your coupon codes then this app would be your best friend. It works as intended to increase AOV (Average Order Value), that's why I gave 3 stars and not 1 star. All these 1-star reviews, don't really read that this app conflicts with other upsell apps. They need to remove previous upsell app that they've installed prior to installing this app.

I wish I would have installed this App from the get go, instead of trying to make 3 other Apps do what Ultimate Special Offers does in one! Not only that, but they allow special deals and offers to be created exactly how you envision they should be done. Don't look around - go with Ultimate Special Offers. Save yourself a lot of time!
