One of the best app for discounts . It is very verstile.very easy to use. and best part is it does not look clumpsy on any theme. It is very clean and professional looking. Very good support as well. I used their themes and apps and I have no complains whatsoever. I dont think there is any other app that is better than the ultimate special offers app and i have tried many. this is by far the best one

Customer support is VERY slow. Expect for your email to be replied in 3-4 days.
Also, a member of support made a change on my site (a simple task of taking something out of a page) and ended up messing up, making the checkout button NOT WORK?!?! so many of my customers clicked checkout only to stay on the same page. Got lots of emails.
Then I still had to wait an extended amount of time just to get the regular page running again... disappointing.

I am willing to give it another try for upsells. We'll see how it goes..

The issue has now been resolved and back working as it should so a thank you for that.
Been using for a while now with no issues at all. HOWEVER ITS STOPPED WORKING AND LOSING US ££££££££££ EVERYDAY. DISCOUNTS APPEAR IN THE CART BUT AT CHECKOUT NOW VANISH. WE ARE LOSING OUR REGULER CUSTOMERS IN DROVES AS THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE PROCES THAT ARE ADVERTSED AND WHAT THEY ARE USED TO.
I HAVE EMAILED AND STILL NOT FIXED GIVING ANOTHER 12HRS THEN WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER OPTIONS.
Shame really as worked well but when it doesn't work its loses you a lot of orders.

The name of this app is really right. In a single app, and in one place you can find all the most important and advanced functions to handle the promotions on the site.

The application has very sophisticated features, but it has the great advantage of being very simple and iuser friendly. I'm still practicing with it, but I think this could be the killer app that solves the problem with using coupons eliminating the friction in the use of them by the visitor and increasing therefore the sales volume.

I have to give a big thank to all the guys of the development team: I was fortunate to have been inserted as beta tester in the launch of the app, and developers are implementing with great precision all my requirements. I could not really ask for more.

I think this is really the definitive app for promotions.

My app hasn't worked for 2 days already and hadn't heard back from their support service. Disappointing to have this issue during the busiest time of the year. We've had to refund customers since the app has failed multiple times.

Really good customer service and great functional app! Sometimes, overlapping special offers don't really work quite as well but overall, I give this app a thumbs up!

They have the worst customer support. If you have any issues you cannot simply get any help. Very disappointed!
