THIS IS AN AMAZING APP!

We are a brick & mortar retail store with online shopping thanks to shopify! We offer many discounts and offers such as Buy a case of canned cat/dog food and get 13% off as well as other offers and discounts that our staff now don't have to remember or apply manually because this does it for us. We even set it up so that it automatically applies our staff discounts for our staff based on them being tagged with "Employee".

I think the best part is it also allows us to automatically apply the same in-store discounts to our online shoppers! This is huge for us and our members!

The team at Supple is VERY responsive and quick with resolutions! They have amazing customer service!

I have put 1 star for this App but Emily contacted me to check what was the issue ,
I had a problem with this app with checkout button , then they gave me a dedicated support to check this ..guess what ?
There is no problem with the app all what cause this issue is a JS script for pixel I've used on preferences I have remove it and everything works fine ,
I want to say sorry because I didn't pay attention for this .
So for the guy who has the same issue try to double check you may put some codes on preferences for ( google analytics Javascript code)
This app deserve 6/5 * and Thank you for your support

This app has done everything what we wanted it too and the customer service is very quick and helpful.

All we would ask for is the ability to stack or combine discounts with other apps/discount codes for multiple discounts when needed.

We have a rather complicating sales structure and this app was able to meet our needs. We've been using the app for about 2 years now and have seen improvements made to the app's functionality.

I'm running a store in Japan and needed to translate it into Japanese. I asked for support and they made the change in less than 24hrs. The app does help me increase the sale a lot !!

Works perfectly; amazing CS. Definitely would recommend. We needed to apply a certain discount amount with specific parameters including minimum order size and exclusion of people with certain tags. Ultimate Special Offers was able to deliver on that!

Exactly what we needed! We had this installed and working perfectly fine, but did run into an issue once we changed our Shopify theme. This was because the new theme didn't auto-refresh on the cart page, so the discounts wouldn't trigger unless manually refreshing the page. The support was absolutely fantastic and resolved the issue for us immediately! Highly recommended!
