Terrible application. I upgraded to highest paid plan and it doesn't even work it says u get 10 optimizations and it only let's me run 2. Then when u process an optimization it just sits unchanged for 48 hours. Also when it says it boost your speed then u check with google it doesn't match. The support is not in the us and they just repeat tell you to do things like upgrade the app( I'm already on the paid plan) they tell me to give access like 50 times to my store yet they never accepted on their end. Just all in all extremely terrible DO NOT BUY!!!!!

NEXT DAY I'VE REACHED HELP AND THEY ASKED ME "TO PAY" FOR WHAT THEIR APP DESTROYED : EVERY .CSS + LIQUID FILES DISSAPEARED FROM THEME CODE ! + THE STORE SPEED IS NOT OPTIMIZED, IT'S JUST HIDDEN FROM GOOGLE ! DON'T WASTE MONEY OR TIME !

UPDATE: AFTER DEVOTING AN ENTIRE WEEK TO TINKERING WITH MY THEME AND WEBSITE CODING, I WAS BOMBARDED WITH DAILY MESSAGES AND UNWANTED PHONE CALLS, DESPITE NEVER CONSENTING TO SUCH INVASION OF PRIVACY!

THE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY IN THEIR DEALINGS WAS ASTOUNDING.

THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT, LEAVING ME FEELING ABANDONED AND FRUSTRATED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CONSISTENTLY DEMANDED PAYMENT IN ORDER TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES I ENCOUNTERED.

THE CONSTANT FLOOD OF MESSAGES AND SPAMMING ONLY ADDED INSULT TO INJURY, CREATING AN OVERWHELMINGLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.

I STRONGLY ADVISE FUTURE STORE OWNERS TO STEER CLEAR, UNLESS THEY'RE WILLING TO ENDURE SIMILAR IRRITATIONS. I EVEN REACHED OUT TO SHOPIFY SUPPORT TO MAKE THEM STOP CONTACTING ME AND INVADE MY PRIVACY WITH UNWANTED CALLS AND DAILY MESSAGES, BUT TO NO AVAIL.
