The app is easy to use and configure and a great way to add customer engagement. Tech support with some initial set up issues and challenges has been good. It would be great if the loading time for the wheel was quicker but understand as an add on this might be difficult.

Easy to set up, support service is great, quick and helpful. The app synchronize with Mailchimp so you can get email automatically, also it sets up coupon codes automatically with Shopify. There are not many customization templates, apart from that the app looks great!

Can't set gravity to 0
I think this app will be fun active interaction for customers to entice them to place a order and meet requirements to get discount. Had a few opportunities linking discounts into the pie but tech support was quick in directing me to a solution. Thank You... looking forward to some increased sales!!

Good customer service. They were quick at solving my request. The app I am still testing its performance, I wish I could personalize it more.
its a great app, I've captured a lot of customers, its easy to customise how it looks, only downfall is it doesn't automatically create discount codes for you (integration) so you will have to goo back and forth creating them. overall great app
