it takes a little getting used to but the team is quite responsive - once you get past the learning curve its quite intuitive - better synchronization between shopify and spocket specifically for reporting on all facets including price / cost would be great

I personally think it would have been nice if the live chats were answered rapidly, instead of having several agents on one query. Other than that, I'm happy so far, agents are helpful and do their best to provide the required service.

The app makes it easy to add new quality products. My only suggestion would be to add order progress section or notification on the order page

You are actually automatically updated and notified via the My Orders page and via your email regarding any updates for every order but we are in fact working on a similar feature upgrade and we will soon be applying these on our future updates! Being under the trial period so far I really enjoy the interface this has to offer. The only thing I'd recommend changing is being more tailored to peoples searches as I got a lot of unrelated results to my inquiries. Otherwise I'd give it a full 5 stars. There are some things that need work overall I liked to product descriptions made, but also allowing easy modifying to make it more personal. Offering more available items for brand sponsorship would be beneficial.

great products at reasonable prices! the only complaint is that the dog food for my website is pretty pricey! I hope sometime in the near future they will lower these prices!

Wish the try Pro for free option worked... I would have used it. I’ll go with what I’ve got now. Maybe upgrade later.

Ease of use, available site creation, good prices, the only issue I have faced is the in app Aliexpress function that is not importing goods to my site but I believe it will be fixed. All in all a good experience
