I am not computer savvy so I am very happy that Spocket has such wonderful products and pictures of all products. I took the time to order samples of some my favorite products on my store and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I will continue to use Spocket as I learn the in and outs of this e-commerce world.

I haven't been using Spocket very long but so far so good! Their site does crash sometimes randomly but it's not a huge issue.

I like the vast selection of products on Spocket. However, I've had problems with some of the suppliers taking a month or more to fulfill my orders, or making the customer wait a month or more & then cancelling the order because they never had the product to fulfill the order. Spocket needs to be far more discerning with which suppliers they accept on its platform.

Spocket offers a wide variety of items for dropshipping. Not all suppliers are great, but they are good at making sure they are responsive.

I've had a few issues regarding quality control with two different vendors but Spocket has always been easy to contact and they are quick to jump on the problem and work to find a solution. I was surprised by how easy it is to contact their customer service and how helpful they are each time.

The app is clean and does what it says. Probably could use a few more hot products but all in all I would recommend it for beginners.

Great assortment of items. Many have high shipping costs, however. very seamless integration with shopify.
Our selections are in fact one of the widest unique product selections in the market today with thousands of verified suppliers. It is true that shipping cost for some listings can seem expensive at first because it really depends on the nature of the product itself and the logistics. There are a lot of factors to consider but there are also lots of ways to get around the higher shipping costs.
