SPOCKET USERS BEWARE - HIDDEN COST ISSUE
I am not sure what's everyone else thinking but I just found out there is a "hidden cost" in this app. No one need to pay the hidden cost.
For Example:
Let's say your customer JOHN buy a shirt "A" cost at $20, the shipping would be around $6.99 & maybe another $2 for each extra shirt. So your cost already at $28.99 for the shirt.
JOHN then buy different shirt "B" cost at $10, the shipping for this shirt "B" is at $3.99, your cost is already at $13.99
The messed up part is the shipping cost would be $6.99 + $3.99 (they charge per item) SHIPPING TO THE SAME ADDRESS
Other app only charge you flat fee for shipping or depending on the qty, they don't charge you shipping PER item and then the HANDLING cost for additional item to SAME CUSTOMER TO SAME ADDRESS
I hope you see this break down and beware of the hidden cost. Your margin would be crazy low and you dont want to mark up so high because your customers can do a single Google search and find it way cheaper elsewhere.

Please know that Spocket does not take commissions or generate any revenue from it. Please also know each product listing on Spocket clearly shows the shipping rates set by the supplier themselves whether it's shipping to US, Europe or Asia.
Furthermore, when users process orders, they are shown the break down before allowing them to purchase a sample product or before they process an order for their customers. So we have always been transparent as to what comes with the cost of processing orders on our platform.
This app is a scam. They try to charge you after uninstalling the app. Shoplift need to do their due diligence before allowing this company on their app store.

I am removing the App because I never moved the Plan I had in my old store to this new one.
The support is very bad, you have to be saying things thousands of times.
The clock that a client requested in Peru never arrived. They made the refund but made me lose several clients.

Unbelievably bad. I was charged AGAIN for October. Stay far away from this scammy app. *Update: well, John was helpful and I got a refund after phone calls and emails. But it shouldn't have been that hard - and of course I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. Apparently there is a lot of confusion around the "free trial" and this happens a lot, so why doesn't this company change that?? Probably because it works for them - I only noticed because I checked my credit card statement. I'm sure there are plenty out there who don't and this company just pockets the money. Add to this the fact the "financial team" sent me a generic email saying they reserve the right to adhere to their no refund policy... So I am thankful to John, but this company needs a serious shake up. I don't recommend it at all. Crap. I deleted it after one day and have just been charged nearly $50, how? Terrible business, stay away. There are much better apps out there

If you search the products on Etsy, you can see that all the products offered in Spocket are usually more expensive than the originals. And that is before the markup you have to include for shipping, profit margin and Spocket fees. Anyone can right click on the product image and Google search the product and find it for way cheaper.
If Spocket could form a distributor relationship with these Etsy sellers and get the products at a discount, that would make this app worth what it costs for each sale. However, I don't see people over-paying for something that they can get cheaper with a few clicks. It's just simple business logic.

I used it for at most an hour and it was immediately taken off my account, while it said that you could test it for free.
For some time working to get my money back because I do not want to use your service

Users have one week to test the app out completely free of charge so if there was a billing error on our side, please reach out to us at support@spocket.co and our team will be working with you closely in order to investigate possible issues.
We would also like to note that we are in the process of updating our billing system and it is our goal to make to provide a streamlined process for our customers.
I did not like their services, they have premium products, which most of the nicer products are premium products and with a paid account at the almost $50 a month mark, you only get to add 25 premium products. You have to pay almost $100 a month just to add premium products. Also, shipping is slow. I placed a test order to see how shipping would be, they still haven't shipped the items out and the order was placed 3 days ago. It is always best to test your suppliers prior to customers placing orders so that way you can work out the kinks. Not happy, so I decided to cancel. You can't just cancel your account, you have to talk to someone and hope they cancel your account. I ended up having to cancel my debit card instead to keep them from being able to charge me. I do not reccommend, try Modalyst instead. They ship faster and are more reasonably priced.

On the subject of shipping, we do always suggest that our dropshippers always get products from suppliers who are based in or near the area their target customers are located. Doing this greatly decreases shipping time in most cases.

pirates of the high seas, the products are way to pricey on this app plus they also want shipping cost, shopify is a good platform but way too many apps are not quality reviewed and too many competitors are entering this game with better suppliers, shopify up your game
some people get so excited and give the apps five star review for a download and integration and forget that a good review only comes later after a good workout, so be careful of these reviews,
how do I know this because sadly I spent many hours vewing the apps and reviews

The team is continuously working to source from suppliers that have very affordable pricing as we want our customers to make huge profits with the help of our app. If you find products on the platform that didn't have wholesale prices, please let us know and we'll immediately take action by price-matching to bring you the lowest prices on the platform.

hey was niet wat ik zocht. heb de app dan ook gelijk verwijdert maar er wordt ondanks toch van mijn creditcard een bedrag afgeschreven
