Prinz was professional and immediately helped me with my inquiry. He didn't make me wait long at all and answered my questions clearly. He gets a definite 5-star rating.
One improvement for Spocket to consider would be regarding pricing settings for products. It would be very handy to be able to set supplier-specific rules instead of only global rules for all products. Also once you have set a price, you cannot update it in Spocket and have to individually update each price in Shopify manually. Hopefully, these changes can be implemented in the near future.
Another annoying feature is that not all suppliers update the shipping information
(long after the processing time has passed) and you have to chase them to find out if they shipped an item or not. It would be wonderful if Spocket ensured that suppliers met these basic conditions to save all of us time :)

When I started with Spocket everything was simple and easy to understand. I use the app in finding the most in demand products and it did not disappoint me. During my journey, I had sync issues caused by my other third-party app which did not make my shipping process easy for me. Their customer service is on point and never failed me.
Spencer helped me understand about the shipping process and it made operating my business easier now. Overall, this was a very good decision for me to stay with Spocket.

So far this has been super user-friendly! I was worried it would be a bit overwhelming but they've made the process really easy. I'm just getting started but I can't wait to start finding more products that fit with what I'm going for.

I love Eleanor from customer support. While all of the support members have been great, she has been above and beyond. I had a very complicated situation, and she managed to stay with me through it -and ultimately, help me resolve it. She was polite, professional, and expert in figuring out the issue. It is customer support like Eleanor that makes me keep confidence about using Spocket. That said, I wish you would allow for multiple stores per one account, even if you charge a fee for this...it is very complicated to have multiple accounts so I can sell to both amazon and shopify, for instance. thanks!

I just started using this app so far it is user friendly. The only thing I don't like is the fact that some of the products some of the products won't let me save the changes that I make do to a system error

I've been working with Spocket for three weeks now. I can say that the application is very convenient and understandable for beginners. Anyway, regarding the functionality, there was one technical issue(bug/glitch), when I placed the order for the supplier, the order was displayed twice in the order panel, and as it turned out, the payment was also made twice. I contacted support and described the problem. Eleanor from the support team understood the breakdown very quickly and immediately contacted the supplier. The next day Eleanor informed me that the supplier canceled this order and made a refund. I am very grateful to Eleanor for the instant feedback and help in solving the problem. In any case, I was forced to create a new order manually through the Shopify admin panel on behalf of the client. So far so good except this tech issue, let's see how suppliers fulfill their commitment in terms of processing and delivery time of orders, because it's one of the reasons why I've started to use this app.

A little janky, and not many aesthetic products available just on Sprocket, seems like AliExpress is where you have to go to get them. It's my first day using it, and I've gotten a lot of help from their nice and responsive support team, even at 10pm on a Saturday! I will keep using this and hope to find success with it :)

Ease of use, available site creation, good prices, the only issue I have faced is the in app Aliexpress function that is not importing goods to my site but I believe it will be fixed. All in all a good experience
