This company should screen their suppliers more with certain parameters that they need to get back with a Spocket about shipping and inventory within 24 hours. Small businesses rely on Spocket to upload inventory to their website. When inventories and suppliers are not vetted properly, it causes delays in product And lost customers and profit. More attention should be made toward having one customer service rep or two assigned to each client like me.

Its a good app just suppliers sometimes take a bit too long too ship even though on the product time frame is shorter

Let me start off. If you are looking for sourced products, they have some excellent suppliers. They have a great app and it's very easy to use.

Unfortunately, there are some products that their suppliers are selling where the cost is 200% higher than the cost through Oberlo or other supply channels and their suppliers say shipping from US and it's shown up from China Not cool! I really think they need to hire a cost analyst and do some comparative analyses between what their suppliers are listing as cost and what the other channels are selling. Like every supplier channel or source, do your homework. Don't cut your margin if you can buy it elsewhere for 50% less.

I think this app is going to be a great app someday, but right now, the modifying of features between free and paid is not cost effective. Bottom line, great app with caution.

I feel like I am over paying for this app and I'm honestly disappointed. You aren't able to sell on Google Shop, Etsy, or Ebay. There are NO product reviews so it makes it hard to know if the product really is good. I wish you could at least see reviews and you were able to put them on your site too.

Fast shipping good quality but oftentimes the more preferable products are locked behind the premium badge and it's limitations depending on your program other then that it's pretty solid choice for supplying your store

I’ve been using this app for about 3 months. The only reason why i didn’t give it 1 star is because of the customer service from spocket. It’s great. BUT... the suppliers Do not care about your business. Careless mistakes, sending the wrong product, send one item when the customer ordered 2. The shipping times DO NOT.. i repeat DO NOT match what spocket writes on the product descriptions. Some items ship quick, some take months. Long story short... I know that in order for me to grow my brand I’m going to need to find new suppliers.
