Good so far, I don't have much experience with this yet but Spocket has definitely made it easier to learn and start this e-commerce process.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SPOCKET. The concept sounded great, US suppliers and faster shipping. We started using spocket on our store, placed orders then 5 or 6 business days later they are still unfiflled. I then reached out to customer service and didn't even recieve a reply. Mind, you this was after several hundreds of dollars were spent on orders. Total joke and complete waste of time. Your way better off with oberlo.

Over the past few months, we have not only improved our order processing time but we have also implemented better structured process for Customer Support to make sure we answer and get back to our users in a timely manner.

Great customer support especially Ria, Good shipping quality, the filtering and categorization is get also, so helpful, but each product come with a very short description and the app is v. heavy on old laptops.
Anyway thanks guys, good experience, and I will give it a try again in the future when I am planning to join a plan.

Very easy to use. I love the fact of local sourcing that allows faster shipping times to my customers.
This is one of the reasons we developed Spocket! To give merchants the opportunity to source out from the US and the EU for faster shipping times. Thanks for letting us know what you think about the app and that you had an easy time navigating it!
Spocket is a scam. Horrible experiences from the beginning:
- It shows that you have to pay an extra fee to talk with vendors. When you pay it, it appears that the chat functionality doesn't actually even work and there is no way to contact suppliers directly. You have to contact suppliers via Spocket chat and it takes more than 4 days to get back to you with an answer if they even get back! And your customers are waiting.
- They preview vendors with 5* feedback and 1-2 shipping days. The reality is that the vendors there do not fulfill even an order for a product that shows 1000pcs in stock and the reason is "out of stock"?! And products also go randomly out of stock all the time or just disappear. Please save your time and avoid this platform.

I spent a lot of time and effort looking for just the right ecommerce site. Honestly, save the time I wasted on deciding and start with Spocket. Great products , quality pics. As a beginner, I needed all the help I could get. I got it all with Spocket.

There are some bugs here and there when importing prices, so always check just in case! Otherwise I love this app!
