Another bad experience yet again, I had placed an order in July 2022 that was never shipped out to customer, Spocket has refused to give a refund, They told me they are waiting on aliexpress to release my refund. This is not a good customer service behaviour

So far so good, the customer team is very quick to respond and readily available. Leah answered my questions right away and helped walk through a few scenarios in my onboarding!

They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and that they answer any questions you may have. Jessa was especially helpful! Stood by me through several days, trouble shooting every possible scenario for the issues with my store. Issues that ended up having to do with the template that was used by the company I hired. Thanks to Spocket, and especially Jessa, I was able to get a new site built and up with as little downtime as possible. Spocket....best choice I have made so far! Spocket and Shopify.....genius!

I like the vast selection of products on Spocket. However, I've had problems with some of the suppliers taking a month or more to fulfill my orders, or making the customer wait a month or more & then cancelling the order because they never had the product to fulfill the order. Spocket needs to be far more discerning with which suppliers they accept on its platform.

Very easy to use this app and there is a wide variety of products to choose from.
