I am updating my review , I deleted the app, it was extremely harmful for my business and I lost the store reputation even before I can make my 20 orders, My Advise , don't rick dealing with such app
Shipping times from some of our suppliers were increased a bit due to the current pandemic situation. This is to set the proper expectations to you and your customers but you can rest assured that faster shipping times will return back once everything is back to normal! Thanks for your understanding!
realy good app, unique products!
The product cost are to high, the pictures are not good and the choices are to small.... but i love the concept.
The products are good quality and priced fairly. The app is easy to operate and the online staff have a fast response rate.

It has been 4 months I have been happily using Spocket but I really wanted to leave a review today because of the spectacular support I have received on one problematic shipment recently. The issue was about delayed shipping and an angry customer. I was able to get in touch with the support team instantly and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue asap. Very thankful for that!
I have also spoken with the customer success team and they gave me some very useful insights for my store. Love working with Spocket so far. They truly understand the pain points of new retailers and help in anyway possible. Keep it up

I was most pleased with the product descriptions included with the products. They usually include bullet points, bold texts and extensive details. I haven't seen that in any other drop-shipping apps yet. Saves time and insures better search engine optimization.
As we always say, we want to make the dropshipping process easy for our merchants, hence these features. Anyway, thanks for this awesome feedback! We hope you continue to have a great experience using the app.
I have had terrible experience with this app.
First, the membership fees. On 23.12.2018 I paid $39 membership fee to Spocket. That's Ok. Then I started a free trial on their highest membership which costs $99. When the trial expired, they charged me $99 on 12.01.2019. For one month, they have taken $138 from me for membership fees only.
Secondly, on the product page is said that the product is in stock but when I order a product for my customer, it is either out of stock or cannot be delivered to their location. The last product I ordered was a bookshelf. I cancelled the order because I thought they wouldn't send it. Although, I cancelled it, they sent it and said that I should contact the buyer and tell him to return it. That makes a bad name for me on Amazon. Because I canceled orders because of them and I am just getting started on this marketplace.
On 18.01.2019 we received the two refunds after almost the whole of January. However, the money they took for the $99 membership for which I wanted refund two days after I paid for it due to my problems with them + the cancelled order are not refunded.
Also, I cannot remove my credit card information. They cannot hold my card info as I do not want to work with them anymore. This is illegal.
I will never use them again and want this to reach other people so they do not lose money because of them.

This app is great... When I have a question Zac is right there to help... I have made him work for his money.... But he has helped like I am the only one in the list... Easy to use nice short videos to get started... Awesome
