I had a few questions out of my uncertainty on how to handle the system of Spocket - and one of their customer service representatives "Earl" went above and beyond to ensure I had confidence in the process. Excellent guy, excellent customer service - and great product selection.

Ria made it easy to fix a error I had with my orders. she responded quick and efficient. Amazed with the knowledge in handling the situation but care towards my problems. answered all my questions and gave me extra of her valuable time. all around amazing service. Highly Disappointed in Spocket.
I signed up for Spocket solely because my supplier had recently switched dropshipping platforms.
We had some issues with Spocket regarding orders and their catalog, we contacted their customer service to no avail. They weren't able to fix the issues. Their customer service was condescending and of absolutely no help.

At one point we also signed up for their service DropGenius to build us a quick website so we could started faster, it was great at first. They told us $1.99 was all we had to pay.
However, after canceling our Spocket, and DropGenius, we still received charges for $59.99 from them.
We reached out to their customer service about these charges, however they refuse to refund them, stating their "No Refunds for any reason" policy.
So now we've been scammed out of our money, and are disputing it with our bank.
So watch out.

So far so good. The customer service chat is very good. Prinz was very knowledgeable and patient. I'm hopeful that the processes of ordering will be smooth and seamless but grateful that there is 24/7 customer service if there are any glitches.

This app is an easy app to use. The support is there if you need it. It's cost effective. I love it and would definitely recommend to others
