Everything is super expensive! Every single product you can do a quick google search & see their wholesale cost is already at least 3x the cost that any consumer can easily order from Amazon. Total & complete waste of time! They have a promo when you first get the app where you get your free trial extended if you review them, so I can guarantee that’s where all their good reviews came from, and then people forget to go back & update their reviews later when they realize this app will never ever generate any sales.

NEVER EVER USE. TOTAL SCAM. THEY'LL SAY YOUR PLAN IS CANCELLED, BUT WILL KEEP BILLING YOU EVERY MONTH. Sincerely, I never leave negative reviews. This is literally the first negative review I have left on any platform. Do. Not. Use. This. App.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP

This app has charged my credit card AFTER i uninstalled the app, 2 days before the 14 day trial had ended.

When i contacted their customer service I was told that uninstalling the app was not enough to stop the subscription... I also had to cancel my "membership".

I only installed Spocket because there was no other way to research its suitability. No demo store, no documentation on how it works, the only option was to install with the safety net of a free 14 day trial to test it out.

I installed the app, found it unsuitable, and uninstalled 10 days later. Only to find a $99 charge on my bank statement 16 days after installing.

I'd like to share their response, to make others aware that uninstalling the app in your Shopify admin Apps section does NOT uninstall you from Spocket's system, and that your credit card details are not deleted from their system. In fact, they not only retain your card details, they are free to charge against it.

Here is their customer care response after i requested a refund...

"My sincere apologies for the experience caused by these, we regret to inform you that at this time we must decline this request. We understand and value your feedback and we want to ensure you fully understand how our service works.

"Your trial period ended on November 9, 2023, and as per Spocket’s refund policy, any lapsed trials or new subscription cycles will continue to incur charges unless canceled by the merchant. We are not approved to give refunds due to an unused subscription. Spocket reserves the right to adhere to our no-refund policy on subscriptions.

"Please remember that our policy includes a pop-up notification before proceeding with the sign-up you have to agree to the Terms and Conditions to move forward.

"Additionally, we have successfully canceled your account, so you don't have to worry about any charges moving forward.

"You can continue to use the plan until December 9, 2023.

"We can also transfer the remainder of the subscription should you wish to create a different store and add 3 free months for you, so you can maximize the service.
The account will be automatically canceled after the free month and you have the option to resubscribe should you wish to continue with the service at that time.
Please let me know should you wish to apply the free month.
For now, rest assured that no charges will be made to your account moving forward.

Products are way overpriced, will not be able to make any sort of profit on most items. May even be cheaper to source thru Amazon directly in some cases.

I signed up for a free two week trial, thought I had cancelled the trial but received zero email notifications from them what so ever. Not a sign up confirmation or a trial ending confirmation or a pending charge notification. Just a transaction on my credit card.

Contacted help and once they were able to track down the charge, stated since I had not cancelled the trial that there was nothing they'd be able to do to reverse the charges.

Contacted my credit card, explained their fraudulent methods and received a full refund.

I strongly recommend against using this platform.

I have cancelled my membership before my trial ends but they still charged me unexpected cost $99.99 twice and a total of $199.98.

If the supplier says processing time is 1 day then I expect it to be just that. My order has been sitting in processing since 7/28/23. Spocket can't even reach the vendor. My customer contacted me today and asked about the refund since the order was never shipped. I had to refund her out of my own pocket. They also promised me a free month of service twice. Never ever received the free month either. Support is respectful, but delivery could use work. I have decided to cancel services overall.

This app is so terrible its steals at any opportunity there is I started a trial and deleted the app
Couple days ago I get charged 53eur and they refused any refund please never never never install you have better apps I didn't even have the app installed straight up robbery

These are the the suppliers I reached out to regarding their products and have not heard a response it’s been 3-4 days . This is very bad for business!

Lack of response is very unprofessional.Timely and clear communication is crucial for a positive supplier-customer relationship. If my customer has a question and I cannot get a response from a supplier that is very frustrating.

I thought Spocket was a good choice for me because the customer service was good. The products are good quality. The prices were on the high end though but I wanted to take a chance just because the platform was so easy to use. I see a lot of good reviews for Spocket but I don’t know how. If these suppliers do not reply back.

Terrible app. Signed up for the “AI created store”, it’s supposed to be completed in an hour, it was not. Then they said even though it’s advertised that it’ll be done in under 60 min, that it can take up to 48 hours (so they just lie), it took about 4 days for mg store to be finished (so they’re really not using AI, they’re creating the stores manually and just saying it’s AI created). Once my store was delivered to me, the registered country wrong (which you can’t change), so I couldn’t even use the store. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and now they won’t respond to any emails. Stay far away, scamming, dishonest company.
