Helpful staff - there's always someone to solve a problem. Really love the fact that we can now talk directly to suppliers - sometimes customers requested to return an item or a refund - getting an answer from suppliers could take up to days because of the indirect communication lines. That problem is also now solved. Best dropshipping app + high quality suppliers and products. 100% recommend.

I LoVe Spocket. They respond to me within 2 to 3 minutes even at 3 in the morning. They are pleasant, efficient, always answer my questions and if they need to ask someone else, they genuinely find the answer and get back to me later. I really, really love the company. The people are excellent and I have never had an issue with any of my sales or products.
