I spoke to two people in customer service Prinz and Leah. The chat is very helpful. Both reps got on quickly and helped me with my problem. Very convenient human-to-human connection! I am glad to be working with Spocket on my ecommerce store.

Great app, but its not allowing me to import the products into my store. Im not sure if its because of the trial is over or the free plan is not available?
