I am impressed with the wide selection of items from smaller, more unique US and European businesses, which will help my shop stand out. Also Leah was a big help when I ran into a snag with duplicating my store accidentally. She is very patient, knowledgeable, clear, and polite. The support team got it fixed in a couple of days.

Customer Support is truly amazing. They're very quick to respond and take their time getting to the bottom of issues, which I appreciate. Due to the nature of the business some folks may need to reach out to support quite often, but I feel i'm in good hands with Spocket's support team. Russel, Ria, Prinz & Miki are some of the people whom have helped me over the last couple of months. I have to say each and every single one of them provided a remarkable support experience and deserve to be recognized for that. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I signed up for yearly, but after I contacted them days after signing up to cancel because it didn't fit the right products for my store than I originally thought, they refused to give a refund of the $900 I was charged. How is this fair? I had to cancel and take the entire loss. BE WARNED. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR YEARLY.

We want to assure you that Spocket will never charge you for anything other than what you have signed up for or purchased. Please know that it is our goal to make to provide a more streamlined process for our customers especially when it comes to payments so if you have suggestioons that you would love to share with us, we would truly appreciate it.
False advertising from the getgo. Company states that there is a free plan but after you install the app and give them your email address and other details, you cannot access anything without selecting a paid plan. So there is NO FREE PLAN at all as advertised. Why on earth would I ever consider signing up for a paid plan with a company whose first action with me is to lie and falsely advertise in order to get my details?
If you do not want to offer a free plan, that is your prerogative. But then remove that statement from your listing on the Shopify App Store!
Update: These people constantly spam you with emails and phone calls if you leave a review, trying to get you to change the review. SPAMMING ME WILL NOT HELP YOUR CASE! REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND MY PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THE NEXT CONTACT I RECEIVE FROM YOU WILL RESULT IN ME REPORTING YOU TO SHOPIFY AS A SPAMMER

They do nothing! 7 of 20 orders not fulfilled,it is 35%!After 10 days says"order is not fulfilled". Edit: They said they will remove the supplier which is underperforming. But They didn't!

Now while our overall order processing rate is at 98%, issues do arise from time to time. But what sets Spocket apart from all the others, is our ability to identify these issues and work on them to continually make Spocket better as we grow.
