Vash was very helpful sorting out my issues. It will be a couple months before my store goes live. I was subscribed and wished to not be billed while my store was not live. Vash took care of getting the billing stopped. No problem! William

greatest app ever! I really enjoy it. This app brings really fast shipping! I believe for future dropshippers this should be it!

the price for this app is ridiculous. complete rip off. its about 4 times the price it should be and way more expensive than other apps that do the same thing

This dropshipping made is awesome. It was my first experience setting up an online store, and I didn't know where to start and was completely overwhelmed at first.

But Spocket just made my job so easy I was up and running in literally a few mins.

I could not be more excited to continue my dropshipping journey with Spocket. I switched over from another major company as they were not user friendly and before committing I had a lot of questions. I reached out, and was connected with John, he was GREAT. I was throwing questions, at him a mile a minute, and he took the time to walk me step by step through their process and to ensure I was set up correctly and comfortable get started. Throughout the entire ordeal, he remained a pleasure to work with. I cant remember the last time I received customer service like today, the kind that leaves you happy to be in business with them, and not frustrated and ready to scream LOL Because of John we made the decision to stick with Spocket. John is a great asset, Id keep him around!!

I gave this app a chance. I wanted to believe it could do what I needed to make my dropshipping business easier to source and fulfill orders. It did the opposite. The customer support is very accessible but they are not effective or truly helpful. They are very polite but you end up engaging several different reps over time about the same issue as if they never communicate or read what you've sent them even updates. They never seem to know how to get you connected to technical support or the supplier directly. Even THEY aren't able to communicate with any of them. They essentially apologize profusely and continuously and that is the extend of their customer support regarding real issues that can impact your business. I have doubts about positive reviews because I gave them so many opportunities and consistently, they failed. Even when I told them I would discontinue using them, all they did was apologize profusely and hope I stick with them. Not good for any business and I don't see who they will remain in business with this approach. They have a great looking product/platform but the functionality of it and their business model is subpar. It is UNTRUE that they fully automate anything. You can get customer service relatively quickly most of the time but they never help. The claims they make are untrue. I even changed plans a few times over the course of months to experiment. It doesn't matter how much you pay, it is all the same.
