I did not wanted to continue with the dropshipping with spocket because of some personal reasons. So i contacted spocket customer service through live chat.I had a great experience with Rohini from Spocket's customer service. She confirmed the cancellation of my subscription efficiently and was extremely polite and friendly throughout the process. good products and service interaction with the app is also good and user friendly disruptions will load in to Shopify with te click of a button

I strongly warn potential customers. The description of the app says it works on Alibaba, but that is a pure lie. After downloading this app I found that I could not add any product from Alibaba, I contacted support and they said that this feature is not available and is still under development. This made the app useless to me, so I uninstalled it. Unfortunately, uninstalling this app is not enough, your credit card account still stays with them and they keep on charging you cheerfully. After filing a claim, they told me they would not refund any money. Disgusting, shitheads...

Ease of use, available site creation, good prices, the only issue I have faced is the in app Aliexpress function that is not importing goods to my site but I believe it will be fixed. All in all a good experience
